Hello. We are T.S .

      In this new epoch in business we specially thank to you for preparing our website.
   And we've been given a great boon, and always been able to be with you.
     It was at 20 years old that I first visited to Japan as a foreign labor. Since then you've
   given me a lot of chances to work and there I could acqurie various Japanese customs.
   I have parents who were born in Japan and grew up in Brazil. And I was born in Brazil
   and grew up in Japan. You may say I'm a Japanese brought up in Brazil.
   I've been lucky to meet up with many Japanese friends very quickly, but there is a fact
   that a lot of Brazilian labors don't have any information about the life styles of Japan,
   and they are puzzled by them. Everytime I saw such cases, I was thinking what I could
   do for them.
     As the result of my deep thoughts, I established my own company - this is “ T.S.,Inc.”
   In the early time of establishing our company we could have an efficient staff
   but it was so difficult to give them oportunity to work , for I came from Brazil and
   our company could not gain credit in the future yet.
     After that we could gradually increase the number of our staff. We had thirty staff
   members or so, and we hoped to offer the environment in which people with a child can
   work reliably. The beginning was that my wife took care of several children.
   Now Gakudou Hoiku ( which means caring for school children after school hours )
   occupied a part of our business, and we could receive permission of Kamisato-cho.
   It encouraged the improvement of the environment of working.
     We'll definitely do our best from now on to have an efficient staff which you can
   rely upon. And we want to contribute to your business results. Our staff stay constantly
   here and we can supply your company with the efficient staff members of the high quality.
     I want to develop our company as our cliants and employees can say “ T.S is great ! ”
   The reason we can introduce an efficient staff to your company is because our company
   is under the management of all Japanese-Brazilian staff except a couple of Japanese staff.
   So we and our staff members can understand each other and they hardly cause troubles
   with any cliants. We are confident that only our company can adopt this kind of system.
     Finally I hope to walk with you in the time of the 21st century. I will appreciate your
   further help and encouragement.
